Fabricating Department
E-W Metal Works has a well equipped Fabrication Department to be able to handle almost any job right in house.
SPECIFICATIONS
- CWB certified in Steel,
Stainless Steel,
and Aluminum Welding - Crane capacity up to 10 tons
- Plate Burning up to 6" thick
- Waterjet cutting any material up to 4" thick
- Shearing up to ¼" x 120" long
- Press brake 180 tons, up to 144" long
Boring Mill Department
E-W Metal Works has CNC and manual boring mills in house to be able to handle any small to mid-size precision machining job. Larger capacity is readily available.

- Up to 138" in X-axis
- Up to 98" in Y-axis

CNC Machining Department
We have a well equipped detail shop in house with CNC turning and milling, manual turning and milling, and various types of grinding to serve our customers needs.

- CNC Mills up to 20" x 50" tables
- 4th Axis capabilities
- CNC Lathes up to 30" turning length
- Blanchard and surface grinding
- CNC Lathes with "Live Tooling and Y-Axis Capability"
WaterJet Department
Our abrasive waterjet allows us to offer our customers quick delivery on near net size parts without the additional delay and cost of special tooling.
